Oil That Makes You Slimmer

You were probably amazed with that title. But I am not lying when I said you should add certain oil into your diet so that you will get slimmer. And I am referring to flax seed oil. It helps to keep us slim by stimulating brown fat cells and increases the metabolic rate making it easier for our body to burn off fat.

Flax seed oil is also known as linseed oil and it has strong reputation as the solution to help people with obesity problem to lose weight. It contains 56% Omega-3 and 16% of Omega-6.

Flax seed oil is considered to be one of the healthy vegetable oils and the Omega-3 fatty acids in flax seed oil is similar to those you can found in Salmon. Flax seed oil contains higher concentration ALA compared to flax seed but it lacks fiber and other nutrients like protein and lignan in actual flax seed.

Flaxoil manufacturers recommend one to two tablespoons of flax seed oil per 100 pounds of body weight. Adding flax seed oil into our diet can be a good way to help fight obesity and other health problems. A good way of taking flax seed oil is by chugging one spoonful of it followed by a glass of fruit juice. This should help eliminate the oily taste.
